Payment plans are available for assessment services with demonstrated need.
Insurance
I do not participate in any insurance programs with the exception of Tricare and Medicare. My assistant will provide you with all the written information you need to seek reimbursement from your insurance plan directly to you. Many insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits that may cover part of the cost of your visits.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, I reserve time on my schedule specifically for you. If you do not show up or cancel at the last minute, that time is still yours. I assess $75 per hour of scheduled time for appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Coverage When the Office is Closed
We are not an emergency care service. However, urgent calls received when the office is closed will be taken by my answering service which can in turn get in touch with me.
